Ed Reed's 9th Annual Thanksgiving Blessings at The SEED School of MD: VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

On Friday, November 22nd, The Ed Reed Foundation and community volunteers will be at
The SEED School of Maryland to unload, assemble and hand out 400 Thanksgiving meals for each SEED school family as they head home for the weekend. Every SEED student will receive a turkey and all the trimmings to make a delicious Thanksgiving meal, compliments of the Football Hall of Fame’s Ed Reed and The Ed Reed Foundation.

We have limited space for this event—if you are interested in volunteering, please sign up via Eventbrite as soon as possible! ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST SIGN UP IN ADVANCE.

Shift 1: 9am-11:30am

  • Arrival and check-in with security

  • Unload food from trucks

  • Sort food into 400 lots

Shift 2: 1pm-5pm

  • Arrival and check-in with security

  • Load buses with meals

  • Load cars with meals
