We are thrilled to welcome you all back for another exciting academic year at The SEED School of Maryland! As we embark on this journey together, we want to ensure that you have all the information you need for a successful and rewarding school experience. (Please note that all forms that must be filled out are in a PDF version so you must print them out.)

Middle and Upper School Supply List:
To kick-start the year with preparedness, we've compiled a list of dorm and school supplies list. Please review the list and make sure you're ready to dive into learning!
Uniform Guidelines:
At The SEED School, we believe in fostering a sense of unity and discipline. Find all the information you need about our uniform policy, how to purchase uniforms, and our uniform guide. Click on this link to order uniforms.
Transportation:
Navigating transportation to and from school is crucial. Learn about bus routes, pick-up/drop-off times, and guidelines to ensure a smooth commute. The attached student authorization form needs to be filled out and returned. Also, attached is a form that will need to filled out, scanned and returned to Ms. Charlita Thompson at lthompson@seedschoolmd.org
Extracurricular Activities:
We believe in the holistic development of our students. Discover the diverse clubs, sports, and after-school programs we offer to ignite your passions beyond the classroom. The students also attend many field trips. Please fill out the attached field trip form to enable your child to attend these activities. Also, please fill out the media and photo release form.
Parent Involvement:
Parents are essential partners in the education journey. We encourage you to be actively involved by joining PTAs, volunteering, and attending school events. To pay for school lunches and any other dues, please register through eFunds. Register directly on SEED MD’s site.
Technology Guidelines:
Technology is a valuable tool in modern education. Find out about our technology guidelines and resources for responsible usage. Please sign and return the Acceptable Use Technology Policy.
Student Handbook:
Our student handbook outlines essential rules and expectations, helping everyone understand our shared values and principles. The Parent/Student Handbook is attached.
Support Services:
Every student deserves the support they need to thrive. Discover counseling services, tutoring programs, and other resources available to assist students along their academic journey. Also, additional support is available to our students and families with the greatest need. Athletic Forms:
Students have the opportunity to participate in all major team sports, as well as extracurricular activities. Physical Education is offered to all students in middle school (6–8) and upper school. Students benefit from competition against other charter and independent schools across the state. Download and fill out the attached Student-Parent Athlete Agreement.
